TOASTED EGG NOODLES

Ingredients

6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 pounds wide egg noodles, cooked & drained
salt & pepper, to taste
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Heat the butter in large sauté pan over high heat, allowing the butter to get slightly brown and fragrant.
Add the noodles and toss well to toast the noodles on all sides.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Toss the noodles with the parsley just before serving.
