OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 to 2 tsp seasoning salt
1 to 2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler chicken, cut up

Directions

Heat Oven to 425 F.
In oven, melt shortening and butter
in baking pan, 13X9X2 inches in size.

Mix flour,salt, pepper and paprika.
Coat chicken with this flour mixture.

Arrange chicken skin side down in pan.
Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.

Turn chicken and bake, uncovered
for another 20 to 30 minutes until done.
